Who We Are
The Mother Nurture Center is Memphis's hub for maternal wellness. Alex, a therapist, and Zoë, a doula, joined together to create this space that addresses the mental, emotional, and physically restorative needs of women & mothers. MNC founder, Alex Smith, serves as the anchoring provider of the space, offering mental health therapy services specifically for mothers, parents, and families. As a collective, we believe in creating an environment for moms to experience authentic, individualized support. MNC is a beautiful space for moms to connect to themselves and each other through a variety of offerings, including therapy, support groups, lactation services, classes, and more.
